ShowPrepPro

The incumbent emails a Word document at 5am. No links, no search, no localization, no tools, and no way to read it on the air. Every feature in ShowPrepPro follows from one of those five absences.

Sixteen sections built overnight — the rundown, the weird news, the stumper, the phone topics, the bits — with every item sourced twice before it can publish. A single-source item is badged as one, visibly, on the item itself. The verification state is never hidden, because the whole product is a claim about trustworthiness and hiding a citation would break it.

Four things nobody else in the category sells:

• Break Builder — select items, get a formatted break script with a running time estimate and a cold-close line. It turns a database into a tool.
• The Localizer — the account stores city, market and callsign once, and every national story gets a local angle written for it.
• On-Air Mode — a teleprompter. Large type, dark room, one thumb.
• A Cartwright bridge — prep lands in the traffic system the station is already running, rather than in a second tab.

The archive underneath it is licensed, and the licence is enforced by the schema rather than remembered by whoever is at the keyboard: facts are free, prose is not. Every item is re-expressed and re-verified from live public sources before it can reach a subscriber, and material that is somebody else’s bylined creative work is blocked at ingest with the reason recorded — never silently dropped, so an audit can see exactly what was excluded and why.
